Winter arrives with a fanfare of new flavors at Massaya Faqra. From the beginning of December until the ski slopes open in January we are adding some exciting ingredients to our Seasonal Sunday Brunch menu. And this all comes at a special introductory price of $55 per person.
Our idea is to shape the food to fit the season so there will be at least four new dishes with a winter theme.
First, we have a fabulous presentation of ratatouille shanklish chaud, brought in to replace the more summery grilled eggplant.
Second, we have dressed roasted sweet potatoes with tahini and pomegranates.
Third, a delicious mushroom fricassee is on the menu in place of hachis parmentier.
Fourth, we have revised two Fireplace favorites with a fresh recipe that delivers lamb gigot with garlic and a stunning poulet au whisky. If you love mushrooms and creamy meals, this is the dish for you.
