Massaya marks its 20th anniversary in grand style on October 13 by welcoming a team of chefs from the US city of Seattle. They’re coming from the renowned Middle Eastern restaurant Mamnoon to prepare a spectacular lunch as part of our international programme at Faqra’s Fireplace restaurant.
Led by general manager Jen Kligerman, these chefs are expert in producing a dazzling menu based on the Lebanese/Syrian dishes that have made Mamnoon a go-to destination for discerning diners.

Seafood Kibbeh Nayeh, Batteresh Carrot bi Ajeen followed by a third course choice from Duck Breast with Duck Kibbeh, caramelized yogurt, pomegranate molasses, verjus, herbs; Herbed Trout, barberries, almonds, golden raisins, Lebanese potato salad; Fatteh Makdoos, rice stuffed eggplant, garlic yogurt, crispy pita, pine nuts and desserts that include Fruit Snow and Labneh Mousse.
