If you were with us during our pruning event in April, you’ll be impressed at how the chardonnay turned out. The harvest season is on and the grapes are perfectly mature. So this Wednesday the 13th, wear your outdoor gear and join Massaya harvest team at Faqra starting 3:00 PM to pick the chardonnay from the vineyard and understand each step of the process with the winemaker.
Want to be a winemaker for a day?
Once you harvested and crushed the grapes, sniffed the fermenting vats and watched the bubbling liquid, the Massaya cooking team will be waiting for you for a “do it yourself” cooking session.
